Registration

Welcome to the registration page of the Eurotransplant virtual Annual Meeting 2021. On this page you can find the information regarding the registration fee, process, and applicable terms.

How to register?
Registration for the virtual Annual Meeting 2021 should be done through the online registration form. All participants must register for the Annual Meeting.

Confirmation
Your registration is only confirmed when the full payment has been received by the organizers. Confirmation of registration will be sent by email to you. The access code to the virtual event will only be sent to the delegates when full payment is received by the organizers.

Registration fee
The virtual Annual Meeting registration fee is € 50.00.

When registered and paid, you will receive an email with practical information (including access details for the meeting platform) on September 20, 2021.

Means of payment
After completing the registration form, you can pay online, choosing one of the following options:
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
• PayPal
• iDeal
Should you wish to pay by invoice, you can indicate: “Bank transfer” and an invoice will be emailed to you. The invoice should be paid within 21 days. Payments are being processed by DCS (Delft Congress Support). Please make sure to indicate all the necessary information, required by your organization in order to process payment, on the specific fields on the payment page (f.e. PO number, official address, email address of financial department).

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations are accepted by email only to our registration team. Prepaid registrants who cancel prior to August 21, 2021 will receive a full refund minus € 25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after that date. All refunds will be processed after the event.
